We had a girls trip for a weekend away and it was the perfect location and size for the four of us. Easy access to a small, clean beach and not far from Portland and Old Orchard Beach. It was cozy and comfortable.

This cottage was the perfect home base for several days. It was well-situated so all the major towns on the southern coast (and Portland itself) were an easy drive away, but also it secluded enough that it was a great peaceful little place to crash each night. Also, the host was great - easy to reach out to about any issues, and always so prompt with their replies.

This place has lots of potential with the right management! Can use a good upgrade.We had air conditioner issues from day 1 of checking in to the house. We figured out how to fix the problem not maintenance and we had them come 2 times! The portable air conditioner upstairs does not cool that area good enough. There is a portable air conditioner in the one bedroom which works for that bedroom but does not cool they other bedroom.Weeds on the outside of the house that need addressed. There were two beach chairs one broken and they other worn out! Absolutley no simple spices for cooking not even salt or pepper! Windows were very hard to open and close.
