WELL-KEPT AND SPACIOUS SUMMER HOUSE / POSSIBLY FOR 2 FAMILIES The house was renovated in 2024. Among other things, there is a new kitchen in open connection with the living room. There is plenty of space for indoor comfort. Light the wood-burning stove and cozy up with board games or a good book. There is a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. The house has an annex with 2 sleeping places. In the house itself there are 2 bedrooms with space for 4 people in each. The rooms are furnished with 2 double beds in one and a double bed and a bunk bed in the other. There are beds for a total of 10 people, 2 of which are bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, the other with a toilet and washing machine. Outdoor life can be fully enjoyed at this house, whether you use the wild swimming pool or just stay on the terraces or the lovely grounds. Here you can always find a sheltered corner. There are terraces both to the east and southwest and a lovely covered terrace. Between the house and the annex is a closed terrace suitable for children to play. Lovely outdoor spaces with lots of nooks and plenty of good garden furniture. The cottage is located at Helligsø Drag, only about 300 m from the Limfjord. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
