Welcome to your family-friendly Orlando retreat in the exclusive Lake Berkley Resort. Just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, this welcoming 4bedroom townhome combines comfort, convenience, and a great location for guests who want to enjoy the parks while staying in a secure and amenity-rich community.
Inside, the home offers a bright and comfortable layout designed for relaxing after a day out. The living room features two cozy sofas, a 50-inch Smart TV, and direct access to the veranda, creating the perfect space for movie nights, casual conversations, or a quiet morning coffee. The fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, while the dining table seats six guests and the breakfast bar adds four extra seats for a more flexible setup. A laundry area with washer and dryer adds even more convenience for longer stays.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and small groups of up to 8 guests. On the main floor, the Queen Suite offers privacy and comfort with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, the second Queen Suite also includes a queen bed, a private bathroom, and its own balcony for an added touch of comfort. The third bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full bathroom, while the Mickey-themed twin bedroom is perfect for younger guests, offering two twin beds, a Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom.
