Orvieto villa

Summary:

Villa l'Uva is a 6 bedroom Orvieto villa which can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Guests staying at this Orvieto villa enjoy a whole host of extras. These include a private swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub, sauna and gym. The interior is tastefully and elegantly furnished following a complete renovation of the villa in 2023.



The Space:

Inside, the accommodation in this Orvieto villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a charming living room with an original fireplace. There is also a large living space with comfortable sofas arranged around a fireplace and with a TV for cosy nights in. This leads through to a spacious dining area. A large table seats up to 12 guests comfortably.



Next to the dining room in this Orvieto villa is a modern, contemporary kitchen. This is equipped with electric stove, large fridge with ice making facility, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Doors lead from the kitchen to the exterior where guests will find a large BBQ and wood oven.



Next to the kitchen, this is a small service bathroom. This leads to a private SPA area equipped with Finnish sauna and steam bath.



There are six bedrooms in total in this Orvieto villa. Two of these are on the ground floor. The first is specifically adapted for those with disabilities. The second has a lovely four poster bed. Both have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. This layout can work very well for those travelling with elderly relatives too who perhaps would prefer to avoid the use of stairs.



The next three bedrooms are on the first floor of this Orvieto villa. Two of these bedrooms have a balcony which boasts spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Again, all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.



The sixth bedroom and bathroom is located in a small dependence within the grounds of the villa. Also within the grounds is a gym. This is equipped with Technogym equipment including treadmill, elliptical and multifunctional machines and upright exercise bike.



Outside, there is a large private pool (15m x 6m). It is surrounded by a terrace furnished with plenty of sun loungers. The pool is open from April to October. Additional terraces are furnished with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. The gardens are beautiful.



The villa is equipped with WIFI both in the interior and exterior spaces. Please note that pets are allowed in the property on request. There is an additional charge of 200 euros per stay for this.

The villa is located in the village of Porano, which is a 15 minute drive from the beautiful city of Orvieto.
