About this apartment rental

This mountain-contemporary, renovated, ground floor, ski-in, ski-out two-bedroom residence offers a family room with a sectional sleeper sofa and dry bar, a chef’s kitchen with updated appliances, a dining area with built-in banquette, and two guest suites one with a king size bed and attached bathroom and a second with two queen size beds. Additional features include designer furnishings, custom stonework, washer/dryer, garage parking and a south-facing patio with easy access to Elkhorn lift and Beaver Creek trails.

Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.
