Hello, I am renting this furnished property from July to August.

- A capacity of 2 with 1 bedroom (king size bed) and a living room with 2 sofa
- One large balcony where you can relax and eat at your convenience.
- A kitchen that offers you a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all utilities needed to enjoy cooking.
-a bathroom with bathtub, mirror and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The ABSOLUTE BEAUTY about this rental is its convenient location that is only:
-few minutes walk from shopping mall, supermarket, pharmacy, luxury restaurants and fast food (mcdonalds) ...
-10 minutes walk from the La Défense that allows you to take métro 1,Rer A, tramway T2 and L from its station :
-4 min to champs Élysée with rer A
- 30 minutes to stade de France with rer A/rer B.
- 14 min with metro 1 to Concorde
-14 min to Accor Arena (Gare de Lyon stop) with direct transport rer A.
-12 min from pont Alexandre III with metro 1
