Everything about this property was beyond our expectations— We have stayed in many rental properties, but this has to be stated as one of the best experiences. 1. Bill, the contact manager was very time sensitive with our Questions and the entire unit was stocked to meet the needs of guests that arrive late and then have to run to the grocery store to get even the basic items. This home was stocked and had everything that we could possibly need thus avoiding that first run to Walmart. I cannot say enough what piece of mind that brought me that I didn’t have to drop the bags and run to the grocery store. 2. The location was ideal for us to meet with my husband’s family and so close to the stores plus a playground for the grandkids. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed my morning power walks up to the gated community down the street. 3. The home was elegantly decorated, and even our seven year old grandson said he loved the art. The kitchen was well marked and well stocked as I stated before. I enjoyed sitting around the patio in the sunshine, and even the grandkids enjoyed the unheated pool. It was our quiet oasis in between family visits and Phoenix day trips.My first impression was that the pictures on the site do not do any justice to this wonderful property. I absolutely feel that this was the best experience ever.

The property is splendid. Great location, spacious living quarters. Nicely appointed. My only criticism is the kitchen. Many common implements were not on site. Baking sheets, Dutch oven, can opener, iron. The stove is infra-red and difficult to use for people who are enthusiastic about cooking. These items were quickly provided by the local manager. Kudos to Bill, the local manager. He is very friendly and responds promptly when messaged.

We had a great stay with family over Christmas holiday and got to experience Moon Vally Christmas magic. The house was very spacious and fit our group which ranged from small kids to adults. Neighbors were very friendly and good communication with owner and property manager. The house had a bit of wear and tear and could use some minor maintenance/improvements including more thorough cleaning.
