Resort-Villa 28 in this one-of-a-kind resort turned condominium complex offers a unique waterfront experience. Remodeled from head to toe in the spring of 2021, Villa 28 features all new furniture, flooring, and appliances, providing the perfect blend of
modern comfort and vintage charm.
Entering on the main level, you will find an open area with a treehouse feel, including a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with stunning views of the lake. The living room features a flat screen TV, wireless internet, electric fireplace and access to the deck. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, making this villa perfect for larger groups. Villa 28 sleeps up to 8 guests. The dining and kitchen areas offer plenty of seating for your group and all the comforts of home, including a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances such as toasters and blenders.
The main level features the master bedroom with king bed, a flat screen TV, full bathroom. Also on the main level is a stack washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom is complete with a queen bed, hanging space, and a half bath.
Downstairs, the final bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom with a standing shower, and a small sitting deck.
Villa 28 offers a beautiful view of the water and is located right on the water in a cove that provides privacy and shelter from large waves from the main channel.
Complex amenities include rentable covered boat slips, a large swim deck, a boat launch (for boats up to 25feet), trailer parking, a playground, an outdoor pool with a splash zone, and a rentable clubhouse with a full kitchen that can seat up to 150 guests.
Each unit has parking for at least 3 cars in front, with overflow parking available. A short drive brings you to restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, grocery stores, fishing stores, and major retailers. By water, Holiday Shores is located at the 17 Mile Marker of the Main Channel, close to many popular waterfront restaurants and nightlife spots.

This is a gem of a place! My husband and I just needed some quiet time together and this was the perfect place to do that, even with bachelorette and bachelor parties on either side of us. Everyone seemed to be on "chill" time which was perfect. I would stay here again and would recommend others to as well!

We didn’t realize it a condo and we were down stairs so we had to lug all of our stuff up n down 2 flight of stairs. My husband is a disabled vet which didn’t help getting up and down. The parking was limited, had to leave the trailer at a separate location which we were not happy about. The pictures make this place look awesome but in person it’s not great. You have to go up and down stairs inside too. It has 3 stories to it. Just be careful if you have any disability with walking this is not the place for you. We came up for the Jeep invasion, that was a good time!! Overall I gave it a 3 because of location and the walking issue. There were lots of soft spots in the floor as well. At times we were nervous that we were gonna fall thru it, that soft!!! So just read all the fine print and be sure you can walk LOTS with no disability ! Loved the town but will stay somewhere else next time.
