Unwind and reconnect with loved ones at Lakeview Landing, a stunning lakefront property on the eastern shores of Lake Livingston. Bring your boat because Beacon Bay Marina and boat launch are directly behind the home! This spacious 5-bedroom home boasts breathtaking lake views, an inviting pool (pictures coming soon!), a fun game room, and a large back patio perfect for barbecues and enjoying the Texas sunshine.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (eastern side of the lake)
● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: We have room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

The connected dining area and kitchen create a perfect flow for entertaining. The kitchen features a large peninsula bar with stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while gazing out at the beautiful lake view.
Just off the kitchen, you`ll find a versatile game room offering double the fun! Challenge your friends and family to classic arcade games or relax on the comfy seating and catch a movie on another big-screen TV. This room cleverly transforms into a sleeping space with three full-over-queen bunk beds along the back wall, perfect for kids or extra guests. For added convenience, a half-bathroom is located just off the game room, perfect for avoiding upstairs trips during playtime.
Head upstairs to the remaining four comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. One king-bedroom features a private bathroom, ideal for a couple`s retreat. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Two of these bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the third provides a queen-size bed. This flexible sleeping arrangement ensures everyone can unwind comfortably after a day enjoying the lake.
Step out back to discover a spacious patio with a dining area, ideal for al fresco meals while you take in the stunning lake views. A BBQ pit and an outdoor sink are ready for your next barbecue, making grilling a breeze. And when the Texas heat gets to be too much, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling new in-ground pool.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.

Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street has Allen wrenches for cheap, tighten the legs it’ll be good to go for awhile.main living room is very comfy, plenty of seating tv was great lots of selections, back of remote kept falling off. Half bath was a rodeo adventure After no one being able to stay on for 8 second, back to dollar general for a screwdriver, problem solved. Game room was absolutely amazing! Great lighting, tv again great selections. Lots of beds. Was only 5 of us on this stay so didn’t require using them, but was just amazing to see how this house would accommodate a church group or larger family gathering. And lemme tell ya, the AC in there will freeze you out. Going to feel great for any who plan on staying in August and September.Pool was lovely, but too cold this trip next time for sure. Don’t trust the cat! He’s not really starving. We being suckers fell for his nightly screaming, I’m starving at the back sliding door. Overall great property, could use a little TLC and some respect from future guests.

We selected this home because my husband loves to fish ro relax. It was his 50th birthday; despite sevaral hicupps we enjoyed our time. If I would recommend anything is a better cleaning crew as well as better response time to vaild concerns. Otherwise beautiful location .

The listing made it seem like we could put in and park our boat at the pier as it was included, it was not we had to pay an extra 30/night to have our boat parked in the water. It also made it seem like we would be able to fish off the pier and we couldn’t because it’s part of a marina. The furniture was broken or barely held together, we had to fix one of the chairs and the dining table was extremely wobbly. The outdoor furniture was the same, one of the tables was completely broken on the bottom. The dish washer wouldn’t turn on, thankfully our husbands were able to do some troubleshooting to figure out how to get it to turn on. The light in the pantry didn’t work and internet was so slow even the TVs would buffer forever when trying to watch a movie The stay wasn’t horrible but definitely not what we were expecting especially with the description on the listing. The company was very responsive however it seems like this is a larger company renting multiple homes and this listing just may not have been visited by the owners in a while.
