Completely newly built terraced house with high-quality furnished apartment directly at the marina of the former fishing town of Plau am See. A boat rental is right on the doorstep and from the terrace of your comfortable holiday home you can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake. The holiday apartment is designed for 2 adults and 2 children. The center and the old town of the charming town and climatic health resort of Plau am See can be reached on foot from here. Various restaurants and cafés serve Mecklenburg specialties and small shops invite you to browse. There are also sights worth seeing such as the Plau castle tower from 1449 with its deep dungeon and narrow climb, the famous lift bridge from 1916 and the town church from the 13th century, which can be seen from afar. Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs Bed linen Wi-Fi Activities nearby: Go on a guided fishing trip or a cutter trip, take a trip on one of the passenger ships or discover the lake on a paddle tour - the possibilities are incredibly varied!
