About this apartment rental

This historical home is the homestead of Lucy Maud Montgomery’s uncle , Robert Montgomery. It is known that Lucy came here many times to be with her family . After many years of a renovation project the rentals are beautifully finished to a high standard and to provide guests with everything to enjoy their stay . The house is 5 minutes away by car from 2 beautiful beaches that are dog friendly. And also minutes from Thundercove , Twin Shores and Cavendish .

We just arrived back home after a beautiful vacation to The Sutherland house. The grounds provided ample space for my kids to run free. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You will not be disappointed choosing this rental. Amy & Kids

We loved our stay at this beautiful place! We felt it was central to all we wanted to see on the island. It was peaceful, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped! Catherine is an incredible host and we would highly recommend this place for your stay!
