About this villa rental
Located in a fenced area, in a quiet area, 500 meters from the sea, this modern and comfortably furnished holiday villa with its own sauna offers five bedrooms (each equipped with a TV). Two elegant bathrooms and an additional toilet are also available. The ground floor features a spacious living room and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The house also features a 6-person dry sauna for guests' use (included in the price). Central heating is provided. A terrace in front of the house is equipped with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee). Wi-Fi is available. The price includes: sauna, bed linen, towels, water consumption, parking, a cot and highchair, and final cleaning.
The beautiful seaside beach is easily accessible on foot or by bike (just 850 meters away via a quiet path). Mielenko is a small settlement on the outskirts of Mielno, a popular seaside resort. There you will find numerous recreational facilities, restaurants, and cafes. There are also several shops and bars near the resort.
The international R-10 cycling trail runs nearby, providing easy and convenient cycling to other nearby seaside towns: Mielno (a larger resort with many attractions, restaurants, and larger shops), Chłopy (a small, historic fishing village), Łazy, Sarbinowo, and Gąski.
Lake Jamno is 3 km from the resort, with a marina and water sports equipment rentals (pedal boats, kayaks, and rowboats). Fishing spots are also available. While not particularly attractive for swimming enthusiasts, it is an ideal place for water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing – rentals and schools) and for anglers.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
