Studio cottage has high ceilings and large windows to let in tons of natural light. Situated in a peaceful country setting, but conveniently close to town.

This place is so cute - the decor is out of a catalog/ instagram post. It’s also a very short drive to town. There were only a few things that kept it from being a 5/5 in my book.- the main thing was the cleanliness level. There were cobwebs and spiderwebs in every corner (including the spiders) and it seemed to be more of a wipe down clean level v professional scrub that is expected when you’re paying to stay somewhere.- no coffee maker. There was a French press but I really wish VRBO would just mail hosts a real coffee maker- I left my computer charger which was on me but man did it rub me the wrong way that the host didn’t text me to let me know. Even if she had said she couldn’t mail it to me (I’d totally understand) simply informing me would have allowed me to order a new one to my next destination. Instead I discovered it missing right before a virtual job interview two states over. Just off-putting to be texting leading up and during the stay and then silent when an important electronic was left.The last two are obviously personal to me so my main caution is simply that germaphobes may not be ok with the level of clean. Overall I’d recommend it to most.

Property came exactly as advertised, is very close to town without being *in* town, and the hosts were excellent. I was even just lounging on the lawn with my dog one day, and a host brought a pillow for my head! We will definitely be back to Sandpoint, and this will be top of our list!

Lovely decorating of a funky multilevel home. Close to Northern Pacific main line so loud train whistles. Sorta fun. We loved it.
