Spacious Cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath Back Cove 2nd floor condo in a lovely Portland neighborhood. Great for groups and families! Centrally located just off Forest Ave, near Woodfords Corner, Back Cove, and the University of Southern Maine. Walk to cute local eateries and The Great Lost Bear! Back Cove Trail just a 3 min walk down the street to see the ocean! 5 min drive to Old Port, or catch the #2 Bus to downtown (every hour).
• Sleeps 12! Larger groups inquire about renting the 1st floor unit in this building as well.
• Off street Parking for 2 cars. Easy, free street parking as well.

My friends and I had a lovely time! The neighborhood is cute and easily to navigate. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. All around a wonderful stay!

What an amazing stay! Felt like the VRBO days of yore, when properties were accommodating and felt genuinely lived in. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and more, and the bathrooms were even stocked with extra toiletries—a nice touch. The property was even better than the pictures, and David was kind and communicative before and during our stay. 10/10!

A traditional new england split family home in an up and coming neighborhood of Portland.Lots of nice touches around the apartment. Some minor updates would make it more worth the cost.

We had a beautiful time staying here for a friend’s wedding. The space was a clean, comfortable place to call home for the weekend!
