We enjoy staying at Compass Cove every year we come to Myrtle Beach. You will not regret staying there. The room and view of the beach were amazing. We had everything we needed and the property manager was very nice and responded to anything we needed. However, with the hotel itself, the staff wasn’t friendly. Because we booked through Vrbo they sort of gave us a hard time with having to get our keycard reprogrammed and if you book through Vrbo the armbands for the water slides aren’t included and you cannot buy them at the front desk. This didn’t have anything to do with the property manager, but the hotel itself. Another fair warning, the wifi isn’t the best. We couldn’t watch TV in the living room area where the balcony is and the wifi wouldn’t reach out there. You can only get it in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Like I said that’s the hotels issue, not the property manager. Would I stay here again for the room? Absolutely. We may try a different hotel next year, because Compass Cove has become a little outdated. Those are just the cons I wanted to list for future bookers. ENJOY!

Very clean. Beds comfortable even the Murphy bed. Excellent view. Host responded quickly when questions arose. Shampoo, conditioners, body soap and hand lotion provided. Plenty of towels. I loved bypassing check-in. Overall a great to stay.

We’re currently stationed at Fort Drum in upstate New York, where it snows for a large part of the year. After months without sunshine, I booked a last-minute getaway for spring break — and it was the best decision ever!The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside because there was so much to do around the resort. My kids (17, 15, and 9) loved all the amenities. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We left with the best memories, a nice suntan, and plans to come back next year!
