The Space:
Welcome to our vacation home located in Collingwood, Ontario. This unit sleeps 8 within 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main floor features an open concept living space perfect for entertaining and hanging out with your entire group. Guests can enjoy the spacious patio with a propane fire pit, and outdoor seating. This property is perfect for couples, families, and friends.
This property is located in Collingwood within a 5 minute drive to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and Cranberry Golf Course and within a 10 minute drive to Downtown Collingwood. The home is located within 10 minutes to heart of Blue Mountain Village to access the ski hills, hiking and biking trails, shops, restaurants and more.
** Please note that the home's furnace is currently under repair, so heat is not available at this time. Air conditioning is available during the summer season, and the nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly. Furnace repairs are planned for the fall. **

A car is recommended for your stay. Downtown Collingwood and Blue Mountain are within a 10 minute drive. Northwinds Beach is located within a 5 minute drive. The Georgian Trail is right at your finger tips perfect for walking and biking.
Other Things to Note:
We provide bath towels for your stay, but beach towels are not included. Kindly plan accordingly if you’re heading to the beach.

Check-in was ultimately very easy but it took me a few goes to find the right link to the portal, might have been me! But my excuse is it wasn’t crystal clear. Downstairs was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms were good size, plenty of space. One room only had net curtains so the occupants had a nice early start! Plus, as per a previous review the lighting was limited so quite dark in the rooms at night but this was not an issue from our point of view.The only minor issue was that there was no outdoor table and the BBQ and fire pit were not up to the standard of the rest of the property. The fire pit couldn’t be ignited and the BBQ wasn’t very clean and took a while to cook. Overall though this was only a minor blip as we we were only staying 4 nights.We would recommend this property and management team and would stay again given the opportunity.
