The new "James Cook" holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of the apartment building and has a wide entrance door of approx. 90 cm due to its accessibility. The room doors also have this generous width. The apartment can be reached via stairs or the in-house elevator. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. A tasteful, light-flooded, modern and friendly ambience awaits you. You will feel the love for the details from the first second and the stay in this great holiday apartment will make you forget everyday life. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large 55" Smart TV as well as a soundbar. The tailor-made open kitchen, which is equipped with dishes and household appliances, is right next to the living room. For enthusiastic cooks, nothing is left to be desired. The apartment " James Cook" also has a spacious balcony on which you can enjoy your breakfast or end the day. Should the weather not be to your liking, you can also enjoy the evenings in front of the cozy and romantic fireplace in the living room. All beds are made equipped with high-quality mattresses, which have a soft and a harder side. The master bedroom has a double bed and a 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a 32" Smart TV and 2 single beds. The bathroom scores with a walk-in, wide shower that you can enter through a 1.20 m wide door.
