Nestled in Chateau Ridge, First Tracks is a bright and welcoming 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. Perfectly situated at the base of Blue Mountain, it provides convenient ski-in and ski-out access during the winter months and is surrounded by hiking and biking trails in the summer. The lively atmosphere of Blue Mountain Village is just a short walk away.
Step inside, and you'll discover a spacious open-concept living area that is perfect for bringing people together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Our large dining table comfortably accommodates everyone, allowing you to host your entire group in one place. When you're ready to unwind, relax in the living room and take in the stunning mountain views, or step out onto the private deck to enjoy the refreshing mountain air.
Looking for a cozy night's sleep? Check out the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a desk for those who need to work while away. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed, with convenient access to the secondary bathroom, which has a stand-up shower.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a few locked owners closets.
You will have access to a ski locker during your stay. No skis or snowboards allowed in the unit. The unit is located on the ski hill, depending on snow conditions you may be able to ski directly to the chair lift.
The Neighborhood:
Located at the North Base of Blue Mountain. The unit offers the ability to Ski in / Ski out. You can also take the free shuttle or walk the trail to the Village at Blue Mountain to take advantage of the shops, restaurants, and activities and more.
Getting Around:
Blue Mountain Village is within a 10 minute walk, 2 minute drive or take the free shuttle service available to guests staying in the unit. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
There is 1 reserved parking spot located on the premise for guests to use. And a visitor parking spot for an additional car is available on a first come, first serve basis. 2 Parking Passes are provided and must be used during your stay to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

Just steps from Blue Mountain Village, we couldn't get over how fabulously located this spot was. We looked after breakfast & lunch for ourselves and then took the quick walk to the village for shopping, activities and for dinner with tons of options for meals.
The pictures don't do this place justice. We stayed in the fall which was very pretty but winter, with skiiers on the hill would be magical. I'm glad we booked an upper unit facing hillside all the same. Serene location - it's the shoulder season so it might get a little rowdier when area is at capacity but it was very quiet and restorative.
The whole unit feels bigger than the photos made it seem and has every single amenity you might need and just feels like home. Beds were very comfortable, ample linens/towels provided and loved having two full bathrooms. Plenty of seating for everyone and the sun streaming in the huge back window made those couches seem extra perfect for a nap.
Thanks for making the whole process SO easy. Our first Vrbo and we've been spoiled!
