Crossing and bright, this apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and includes:
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds;
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- A bathroom;
- A lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking;
- A balcony.
You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, oven, private parking, iron, refrigerator, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is ideally located:
- Close to the lake, the basin, and the ocean beaches;
- In a quiet residential area;
- Downtown, shopping area, sports plain less than 5 minutes away;
- Bus lines serving the entire southern basin at the entrance of the residence;
- Close to parks for children and adults (Kid Park, La Coccinelle, acrobranche, etc.), a sports field (tennis, paddle, football, skate park, health course, etc.), and a few minutes drive from the oyster harbor with huts for tasting.
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket “Carrefour City” just 5 minutes walk away.

It is a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret. Walking around the city, you will notice some old buildings such as the Church of Saint-Vincent or the Maison Verthamon, the current Town Hall, which gives an authenticity and a particular history.
