We are proud to present this spacious 1 bedroom flat ideally located near Edgware Road Station and Paddington Station. This flat accommodates up to 4 people!
The flat is newly decorated and finished in high standard. The flat benefits from fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed, bath, shower and toilet. The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensil, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing table.
The flat is located on the ground floor of the building.
We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your own toiletries, and adapters.

Check-in is from 3 pm- onwards. We operate via self-check-in using lock boxes.
Other information to note:
For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6pm-10pm, there will be a £40.00 call out charge. This fee will need to be in cash.
Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of £200.00. This fee will need to be in cash
The property is ideally located in Star Street giving access to Marble Arch Station, Edgware Road Station, and local bus transport links n to the city and outside London. and Queensway Station providing close links to Central London and beyond! The property is also very near to Marks&Spencer, Tesco, and local restaurants.

The day we got there, after a long day of travel, there was no immediate sign of a third set of bed sheets and the landlord was neither available at the location nor on the phone. Luckily after a good search of the flat we were able to find them and made the sofabed ourselves. The landlord replied by email only the next day. That was a bit unfortunate.Also the wifi connection did not work, and this did not get resolved during our stay.The first couple of days we had very noisy neighbours above, and because of the way London houses were built, the room with the sofabed was very noisy too. You could hear all traffic all night and what people said walking past the house.The location is great though, and the flat and bathroom were clean and warm. I don't think we will stay again with the family but for two people this flat can be recommended in our view.
