Anastasia Condos 702 is a seventh-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering 1,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space on St. Augustine Beach. The condo comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and is located just a short two-minute walk from the white sand shoreline.
The interior is well decorated and designed for both comfort and functionality. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features two sinks, making it ideal for preparing meals or entertaining. A dedicated dining area provides seating for six, creating a comfortable space for shared meals or evening gatherings. Built-in shelving, large closets, and quality furnishings add to the condo’s polished yet relaxed feel.
The great room and primary bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. From these areas, as well as the private balcony, guests can enjoy views of Anastasia Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The sights often include rolling waves, surfers, and even dolphins moving along the coast. The balcony is a great place to unwind with a book or a cold drink while taking in the scenery.
From the front door, the pool area is visible, offering an easy visual connection to the building’s common amenities. The condo includes wireless internet, in-unit laundry, and central climate control. Parking is available in the on-site lot, with a maximum of two vehicles. Parking passes are required and are obtained from the on-site office. This is a non-smoking condo, and pets are not permitted.

A great place to vacation. It had all the amenities we needed for the week. The short walk to the beach was great and the pool was clean and inviting. A short walk to 3 great local restaurants was also a plus. The condo was clean, and the views are amazing. One of our most memorable moments was watching a rocket launch from the cape just after sunset. We will most certainly visit again!
