Welcome to Lost At Sea! This new, comfortable, and family-friendly coastal vacation home is nestled on a peaceful wooded lot, just a short walk from the beach. Backing up to a wooded conservation area, this home offers stunning views of Elk Creek, Seabrook shops, and the Pacific Ocean.
Location:
Lost At Sea is situated within the Seabrook community, overlooking the Pacific Ocean along the Olympic Peninsula. The home is within a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to downtown Seabrook.
Outdoor Space:
Relax on the spacious front porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean view. The front area is enclosed with a fence, offering a large paved patio with a table and chairs for eight. The backyard features a private hot tub, outdoor shower, and fire pit, perfect for gathering with friends and family. A paved pathway leads to the beach trail, making it easy to transport your belongings from the car to the beach house.There is also a stairway adjacent to the home, providing easy access to the upper level.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Top Level)
The top floor houses the spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area overlooking the conservation area, a large closet, large dresser, and a bright bathroom with two sinks. The king mattress ensures a restful night’s sleep, and device chargers on both nightstands keep you connected. Enjoy privacy and tranquility away from the common areas.
Second Bedroom (Lower Level)
The lower level features a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, providing comfort and convenience.
Bunk Room (Lower Level)
The bunk room includes four beds, perfect for children or adults.
Kitchen & Dining:
The main floor boasts an open floor plan with abundant natural light, consisting of a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware for 12, child-friendly dishes, cups, and utensils. You’ll find all the cookware you need, including a KitchenAid mixer, deluxe toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and blender. The open dining area seats eight, and a door leads to the back deck with two large chairs and a gas BBQ grill, offering beautiful views of the conservation area.
Coffee Bar:
Enjoy your morning brew with our fully equipped coffee bar, featuring a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and a selection of mugs.
Living Room:
The cozy living area on the upper level features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a modern smart TV ready for your streaming accounts. Adjacent to the living room is an entryway with a seating bench and coat rack, as well as a powder room.
Media Room:
The lower level includes a media room with a sofa, smart TV with Airplay and casting capabilities, and ample space to unwind with a book or a movie.

The bright en-suite bathroom in the master suite features two sinks, providing ample space and comfort for your morning and evening routines.

Dog Owners:
Dogs are welcome to join you on your beach getaway providing amenities such as a dog bed, bowls, and beach towels. The front yard and backyard are both individually fully fenced. There is also a hot/cold water spigot in the front yard to wash your pup! Seabrook is a very dog friendly community and you will enjoy walks through the community, the off-leash dog park, and the beach!

The house was lovely, clean, organized, quaint, and had all the little things we needed as extras (coffee and tea for the chilly evenings, dog wash outside, hot tub towels, laundry, kitchen essentials enough to have 8 ppl eating a few times, then fill dishwasher.) Great location, nice short walks to all the things, beach, trails, park, town stores etc. So great as a home away with our friends! Gated yard front and back, pretty views, separate basement tv room for early riser kiddos etc. Thank you!!

Loved our stay at Lost At Sea! It was a great place where my partner, golden retriever, and another family with a toddler all stayed comfortably. Our favorite thing about the house was the location, close to the beach and town area that had restaurants, cafe, grocery store, etc...everything was a just a 5 minute walk. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. House is fully equipped, we made dinner and stayed in a few nights, while going to restaurants on other nights. I'd recommend this location to others and would stay here again!
