About this house rental
Heated pool, hot tub, & game room! Fun family vacation spot in safe neighborhood, NO PARTIES

- 3 rooms w/ King beds, 1 room w/ 2 Queen beds
- POOL, Heated during colder months
- Hot tub, nestled under a Gazebo
- Game room w/ a pool table and air hockey table
- Covered backyard patio area
- Dining table seats 8, with an additional 4 chairs at kitchen island, along with 2 high chairs available
- About 20 minutes to downtown Memphis
- 1 mile to closest grocery store
The space
Highlights
- All beds are plush memory foam for high end comfort
- 3 main rooms have king beds, 1 back room has 2 queen beds

- TV's throughout the house: living room AND in every bedroom
The house:
Open office/sitting room right off the front entrance.
Down the hall is a full bathroom, followed by 3 bedrooms. Each room has a King bed and TV. The master bedroom also has a full size crib and a private bathroom.
Living room has plenty of seating, a large TV, and quick access to the kitchen. For safety purposes, the fireplace isn't available for use.
There are 2 separate doors to the backyard for patio/pool access.
Through the oversized kitchen, and past the Keurig coffee machine, is the game room. It features a very sturdy pool table, air hockey table, tic tac toe board, and another door for backyard/pool access.
Off the game room is a 3rd bathroom, the laundry room, and the 4th bedroom, which features 2 queen beds and a TV.
In the backyard you'll find a covered patio with seating, a pool, covered hot tub, and some pool lounge chairs, all surrounded with string lights.

My spouse & 17 yr old daughter took Mom/Grandma and her sisters to Graceland. We chose this property for the private pool and outdoor space and it did Not disappoint! The amenities were amazing— the most comfortable beds and bedding in every single room. The home was so clean and beautiful decor. What surprised me the most though was we’ve stayed in rentals all over the country and this one felt more like a home than any. Sometimes places have cheap furnishings etc, Amazon style uncomfy couches, chairs etc— but not this place. It was just perfect, the layout, the space— everything. Check in was seamless; all information provided well in advance. A door keypad is always the best way to go and much appreciated. The kitchen facilities were gorgeous- clean, modern, sleek. The kitchen had everything and then some that we could have possibly wanted or needed. Highly recommended, of course!

We were in town to celebrate a milestone birthday with family ages 2 to 80. The house was absolutely lovely! The kids loved the pool and the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is in a convenient location.
