"Great hosts, very flexible, friendly, and responsive!! We had to make a few adjustments after we booked, prior to arriving, and iTrip Chattanooga was very accommodating! The Airbnb itself was just what we needed, the kitchen well stoked, check out was very easy. The location was pretty great: 15 minutes from downtown, basically in St Elmo, which is a super fun neighborhood, with plenty of hiking spots close by. The highlight is your own private view of historic Rock City, where you can see 7 states on a clear day. A stroll across the front yard reveals a large-scale Rock City birdhouse – a must see during your visit!
This modern townhome complex sits on the LEFT side, with a private entrance. The open concept two-story 1,500 sq foot home has plenty of room for everyone. The main floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 1 walk-in shower, with each of the three bedrooms and 2nd bath located on the second floor.
If you are coming to the area for a reunion, sports events, wedding, etc. and need more space, consider booking Rock Vista Retreat Family. This listing includes both sides of the townhome with access to all the shared amenities and a total occupancy of 16. The large level front yard is shaded and is an excellent place for a family hangout or a friendly game of wiffle ball or corn hole.

Primary Bedroom (2nd floor): King bed
Secondary Bedrooms (2nd floor): Queen beds in each
Living Area (1st floor): Queen Sofa bed
PARKING:
Ample parking is located at the entrance to the property, with additional parking available directly across the street - including room for boats, trailers or campers.
ITEM TO NOTE:
- Steps - As this is a two-story townhome, there are steps to the second floor, where all bedrooms are located.
- The property owners reside in the house directly behind the townhome and invite you to enjoy the shared backyard, which also serves as their front yard. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of their front porch and garage space, and enjoy quiet hours to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

We loved this location! It was the perfect vacation home close to ruby falls, the incline and rock city. The house is was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need including, blow mattresses, playpen for babies/toddlers. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and my first review still stands. We will look for this property to be available when planning our next trip. The owners are so gracious and friendly, its like you've known them for years.
