Just a short distance from trendy, downtown Fort Myers, in the middle of the River District, Palm Beach Landings is the perfect spot for the vacationer/snowbird who knows that Southwest Florida has so much more to offer than just our fantastic beaches! Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the lively downtown nightlife will be just over a mile away. Located on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, you can just walk down to the pool deck or open green space to enjoy sunsets you won't soon forget!
Boaters can also enjoy access to the river frontage boat docks on a "first come first serve" basis during your stay. There is also boat trailer parking on a "first come first serve basis all included with the rental of this condo.
**Please note - These desirable properties book quickly. Homeowners & Condominium Associations require an application to be submitted and approved before occupancy. Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 15 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received.
**Please be advised the Condo Association application processing fee is $70 per adult and will be charged separately by the association after your booking is made. The condo association application instructions will be provided after your booking is made.**
