Welcome to this brand new immaculate 3 Bedrooms Apartment in Paraiso Pueblo, one of the very picturesque urbanisations in the prestigious area of Paraiso, 10 min drive to Marbella (Puerto Banus)
- The Area -
This urbanisation is totally new, built in 2021. It imitates the typical Andalusian village called pueblo in Spanish hence its name. Gated and secured 24/7. It is situated on the elevated plot which ensured excellent sea and mountains views from almost anywhere. it is very well located in a very peaceful and quiet place, yet only a few minutes drive to all amenities like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and golf fields.
- The Place -
Our apartment is actually a duplex penthouse. It consists of 3 bedrooms, master bedroom is en-suite, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests in luxury and comfort. Kitchen is also new and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchenware etc.
From the large terrace there are incredible panoramic views to the mountains, Mediterranean Sea, golf fields and the coastline.
The upper terrace is equipped with a dining set for 6 and with a barbecue so that you could not only take sunbaths at daytime but dine and wine al fresco at sunset time or enjoy city lights of the dwellings below you.
Residents of the complex enjoy three swimming pools, kids playground, golf court and gym. Welcome to spend your vacations with us.

Security deposit 500€ is required prior check in
You are welcome to check in anytime but check ins after 20:00 are subject to late check in fee of 50€ until 22:00 and 100€ after 22:00.
Preference is given to families with kids, these is more of a family place but friends are welcome too.
Crazy molestive parties are not allowed in this apartment.
