Spacious and creative, split-level village house just minutes from shops, bars, and restaurants. 2 double bedrooms, kitchen-diner, bathroom, terrace, and living room.

Situated above the Moorish church at the top of the village, this house enjoys spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada and the village itself.
The private entrance gate leads to a secluded, walled garden with a dining area, relaxation pool, sunbathing areas, and an organic lemon tree.
There are 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining area, a shower room, and a spacious living area that opens onto a first-floor terrace complete with a barbecue that doubles as an open fire pit.
One end of the terrace is covered, providing shade during the intense heat of July and August, and can also be enclosed to create an outdoor space for cooler spring and fall evenings.
All rooms are equipped with fans, and there are two wood-burning stoves to provide warmth during winter evenings.
The traditional architectural style, featuring shuttered windows, ensures the house remains cool in summer and cozy in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, and double sink. There is plenty of crockery, glassware, and cutlery, as well as a large dining table.
The living room, featuring exposed wooden beams, is located on the first floor and has two French windows leading out onto the terrace. A selection of games and books is provided, along with a TV and DVD player.
Wireless internet is available throughout the house.
Both bedrooms have double beds and plenty of storage space.
French doors lead from the lower bedroom into the garden, while the upstairs bedroom has French doors and a Juliet balcony, offering a view of the picturesque back street.
All bedding and towels are included in the price, and a crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
