About this house rental
Casa Suja boasts a spectacular modern design inside and out with high tech features throughout the home. Located in the exclusive gated community of Cabo Bello which is just a 10 minute ride to downtown Cabo San Lucas or drive 20 minutes to explore what San Jose has to offer. This home features an expansive outdoor area, perfect for family fun, relaxation and entertainment. The stunning 3 bedroom home with 3 ½ bathrooms, laundry room, 12’ ceiling height, large open concept living area with retractable doors that open to the magnificent terrace that awaits you.
Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to the private community beach or embrace luxury and serenity in your own Hot Tub and Infinity Pool. Take a break from the sun under the shaded terrace area on the inviting sectional couch or dining table. Enjoy preparing meals on the oversized outdoor griddle or in the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops within 5 minutes or take a short drive to the marina to explore the many restaurants and nightlife that Cabo San Lucas has to offer.
Additional Information to note:
~Cabo Bello Has 24 hour security and if you have a car when entering the community, they will require you to leave your driver’s license with the front gate until every time you leave.
~Guests must abide by the Cabo Bello HOA rules. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. .Security is VERY strict about noise violations - please ensure noise is kept to a conversational level only during quiet hours, in order to avoid fines.
Any fines incurred by guest violations will be charged to the guest. Unpaid fines during a guest's stay may result in a guest being denied access to the neighborhood by HOA Security.
~HOT TUB/POOL: The hot tub spills over into the pool, so when that water is hot it does add some warm water to the pool. Heating the pool is not included in the nightly rate. Please reach out to us directly to discuss options if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
~This property has certain areas that could be dangerous for children if unsupervised. It is the responsibility of adults to supervise small children.
~There may be new construction on the left back side of the home.
~Concierge services, personal driver and personal chef are available upon request at an additional cost

We had an awesome time at this property. We like this area as it right across from the large Grocery store and between down town and playa Chilean beach which is family oriented with swimmable and snorkeling. Rooms, showers and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the upstairs with sliding doors to the pool deck and hot tub and infinity pool. The view was great and nice big grill to cool burgers outside. Recommended.
