I booked the Presidential Suite on the 17th Floor for a group of 8 friends who have been traveling to Vegas for many years in many different hotels/resorts. This was hands down the best resort we have ever stayed. The price was great. The view was incredible. The place was clean and the staff was courteous and always willing to respond. When we needed towels, we called and they were here in 2 minutes. Tripped a breaker? - maintenance showed up and fixed it in minutes. Every couple had their own bathroom and bedroom with a great view. The common area to hang out was spacious and roomy - even for 8 people. The pools were just big enough and were never crowded. No need to book cabanas - no need to rush down and hold chairs. Plenty of shade on the deck. The bartenders (the Two Marios) were absolutely outstanding; some of the best I have ever encountered in Vegas. Friendly and personable. Alerting us to better deals on drinks via the menu. Making modifications to some drinks based on our feedback. Taking pictures of us when requested. Simply incredible. And the food they offered at the bar (sandwiches, chicken tenders, nachos) was great and at a great price. I can't say enough about the Wyndham Desert Blue. We have stayed at Mirage, Paris, and Sahara -but now there is no debate on were to go each year. All 8 adults are in full agreement.
