Its location allows you direct access to the L'Arpette and L'Ourson slopes (subject to snow conditions). The L'Arpette chairlift and the Roche de Mio gondola are accessible 150 and 250 meters from the residence. You can also reach the ESF meeting point and the Club Piou-Piou 200 meters away. Close to all amenities, you will find shops and entertainment on-site. The apartments are comfortable, functional, and most feature a balcony.
