The perfect home away from home for visiting family members or a launch pad for your outdoor adventures! Centrally located, with plenty of peace and quiet, our 1 bedroom home is a short walk to the heart of downtown and features a well-appointed kitchen and a comfy queen bed with organic cotton sheets.
This is a completely private, lower ground level apartment with a separate entrance.
Our priority is to provide the utmost in cleanliness & comfort with simplicity & style.

The entire apartment
We want you to feel at home at Little Sunflower House. The extent of our interaction is up to you, but we and/or our housekeeper will be available as needed to field questions or help out. We`ll send you our house manual prior to your arrival so that you can get acquainted and know what to expect.
For your convenience, we have provided a video playlist that is jam-packed with information and tutorials that will be your go-to for all questions and how-tos around the house.

Of course, if you need further assistance please contact us through the Airbnb app. We keep all communication on the app.
The Timp Neighborhood is quite charming with older houses all within walking distance of parks, downtown, and the Provo Rec Center.
Free street parking - it is very safe to park on the street.
With windows above ground, this apartment gets a lot of light and feels more like a ground floor than a basement.
Noise: To minimize sounds from upstairs, we do our best to have quiet hours upstairs from 8 pm - 8 am. We also provide a sound machine and earplugs, just in case.
Additional House Rule:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:
1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:
-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation.
-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.
2. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.
3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.
4. Refundable Security Deposit
-We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules. These guidelines are in place to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• A pet fee applies for approved, pre-registered pets at $59 per pet
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”

This place was perfect for our stay. The place was beautifully decorated. It was a cozy home away from home. The beds and pillows were comfy also. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the studio apartment. It was put together very well. Beautiful accomidations. Very comfortable bed. Deep tub and heated bidet.
Parking was very hard to find. I also got a 7:30 wake up each morning with little one running about on my ceiling.

We were staying for our daughter's wedding and reception and the location was perfect. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the condo. The amenities were perfect and very comfortable. It was a home away from home and a great place to rest before and after the wedding events.
The downsides were parking availability on the street and the early morning wake-ups from the noise upstairs. Parking on the street is ok during the day, but after 10 pm it is almost impossible to find within a 2-block area. As for the noise from upstairs, they advertise on the Vrbo site that they strive for quiet from 8 pm to 8 am, but the noise from upstairs started at 6 am with loud thumps and stomping. We knew from other reviews that there would be a toddler upstairs, but we did not expect it to be as loud nor as early. It made it more difficult to relax in the morning before the wedding and sleep in a little bit the morning after.
Noise is not mentioned in the house instructions emailed to us before arriving, only in the Vrbo ad about this property. As such we did not know about the noise machine, but did find the earplugs which only muffled the sound a little bit.
As parents we remember these days, but this needs to be advertised so that guests are more prepared for unexpected wake-up calls at 6 am by a stomping toddler.
Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Cute and secluded. It was clean and cozy. Very responsive owner. Just something to consider for future guests, it is a basement apartment below a family with small children. Also, you will not have control over the thermostat, so anytime you want to change the temperature, you must tex the owner. Street parking was hard to find and at times we had to walk a couple of blocks, which is not good for an 80-year-old man. Otherwise, it was just what was needed for a place close to the hospital.
