Great a/c, amenities, customer services, room was great and clean. Place is great, but ppl complain about noice and blame the glass doors, but it is the lack of respect and consideration with others that arrived late. Ppl is loud even knowing that doors are thin glass. But everything was great… not the early loud morning guests.

Staff were really respectful, nice, and very helpful. I’m my stay there. I got very sick. They help me go to urgent care. I want to thanks Graciela and Benita for being there when I didn’t have anyone by my side. They are awesome people. I would definitely recommend to stay there again.

The place is in a safe area where is easy to walk to there zócalo (center if the city) and the markets. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped us call a cab to take us to the airport. This a good place to sleep only as it is not a regular hotel; although there is help 24hrs. I would definitely stay here again.
