    Spacious room but terrible customer service.

    The stay had its up and downs; while the Wi-Fi and hot water were reliable, sleep quality was poor due to only one pillow for each person. No garden view and windows faces walls. Cleanliness left much to be desired and can’t found staffs at front desk at all times. Facilities were basic and could use improvement to enhance guest comfort. Location was difficult to found.

    It's cheaper compared to the adjacent homestays but at a cost Windows face inwards to a "courtyard" no view really next to ho tay lake which is a waste When we arrived early we asked if there's early check in a nd the staff at the counter tried to extort 100k vnd per early hour of check in. When we came back at 12pm (2h prior to check in) different staff charged up nothing When we checked in. Room doesn't look fully clean. Hair on the floor. The blanket was only a comforter cover. When asked for the inner comforter. The staff counter gave us one from the store room(dirty) and asked us to self insert. Noisy at night because we got the first floor. It might be good to rent for a few months at a time if you're working there but don't recommend if you're a tourist. Spend a little more and get a homestay /apartment adjacent to this one. You'll get more of your moneys worth I have pictures and videos of the mentioned scenarios but agoda doesn't seem to include photo reviews
