    the hotel is perfect, clean, great location the restaurant needs to have some more food options for dinner like pasta napolitana, kids nuggets the most missing is shop for candy’s, water, and some more the starbucks have no cakes and muffins its need to have some kids place ir playground the pool not so clean the room was so big and comfortable, big tv, big place, clean, good beds! great view (although the first floor view is not so nice)

    I had stayed at this resort for 1 night with my husband and a young daughter. At the first moment we stepped into this resort, all of staffs had come to welcome us with smiles and served well including served us the Thai southern style welcome drink. We are very impressive. The service at the counter was very fast and nice performance. The driver drove us to the room and carried our luggage into our room. The first time we saw the scenery infront of our room,all of us said "Wow!!!" such a great and miracle view that we ever got. When we went to skywalk,we could say it's such a best scenic view that we've never seen since we travelled throughout the world. The facilities in the room are all perfect. The bed were very comfortable. We could sleep well all night. The shower was good pressure but when we using for a bit longer,it turned not to be warm. Morning breakfast was very good and many choices for us to choose and the taste was good. The staffs at the restaurant are very welcome and recommended us to take many kinds of foods. We appreciated their service,so impressive. Check out was very quick and great service by the driver who helped us to carry the luggage down from 2nd floor then went to the lobby to checkout. Checkout system was very fast and comfortable. We promise to come back here again. Love this place.
