    Let me say first, this is not about the staff. The man that checked us in was very helpful. The location turned out to be on a very busy, noisy street and the room had a noisy alley right outside the window - it was a first floor room. The room itself was not up to standard. The floor was noticeably dusty on bare feet. More importantly, there was no water in the bathroom. The shower started out with very low water pressure and then went to none. There is no staff at the hotel to resolve the problem. Messaged them through Agoda but still waiting on a reply. There are better options in Santorini.
