The pool is an example of everything about the hotel. The pictures look wonderful...but when you go to the pool for a swim, you see that it is not only empty, but it is used as a place for trash....rooms were dirty and had bugs. A friend of mine receives a rash from the bed sheets.

Five stars for: Breakfast Buffet and People serving at the breakfast. Amazing milk tea! Staff really attentive. Reception people always available for help. We had requested to be picked up at the hotel and that went smoothly. We had some clothes washed and they came back wonderfully clean and superb ironing. Good price too. The room was spacious but it was a bit old… the carpet with many stains (replacing it with tiles would help) The beds a hard, but aircon and fan worked great. We needed to ask when we wanted our room to be cleand and only then they would put bottled water. But all in all a good experience. If we need to return to Dhaka in that area we would probably return to the same hotel.
