Konstanzer Bergblick with sunroom:
This beautiful apartment features 5 rooms, each lovingly furnished. The large sunroom on the first floor opens onto the garden with a small terrace. Adjacent to it is the large living room with a sofa area, TV, and separate dining table. The traditional country-style kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc., also features a corner bench with seating and a kitchen table. The lower level also features a guest restroom. Via the spiral staircase or the main stairwell, you can reach the first floor, which features a balcony converted into a sunroom and another balcony with a mountain view, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
