It was a basement suite but there was almost no sound from above the suite. Kitchen was well supplied with coffee maker and coffee pods, kettle, microwave, etc. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking.
Better lighting in the living area for reading would have been helpful.

The location was great. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was so quiet. Host was very quick to respond to the wifi issue we had.
Lack of counter space. No room on one side of the bed in each of the rooms. No where to store luggage. Fridge wasn't big enough for groceries.
