הדירה מרווחת מאוד, עם שלושה חדרי שינה בקומה הראשונה ושניים בעליונה. 3 חדרי שירותים מלאים, מטבח מאובזר, מרפסות ונוף מדהים! המיקום מרכזי מאוד, אך יש עלייה עד לאזור העירייה ורח יפו. אנחנו היינו 3 משפחות והדירה היתה מושלמת להרכב שלנו- מיטות נוחות, ארונות אחסון, שירותים נקיים. מאוד התרשמנו ואהבנו.
הדירה לא נגישה ונמצאת בקומה 2-3. זה לא נורא, אבל כן קצת קשה עם ילדים קטנים ומזוודות. החנייה מאוד מאוד בעייתית ואין גישה באמת לחניה בראש שקט. הרחוב לבעלי תו אזורי בלבד, החניונים הקרובים מלא הגבלות גם לבעלי תו למשך היום ולמשך הלילה חינם אבל רק עד 6 בבוקר. אנחנו הגענו עם 2 רכבים והיה לא פשוט בכלל.
