Čisté prostredie, vybavenie apartmánu, SPA v cene

Dva dni dopredu dojednané raňajky pre deti mi stornovali krátko pred tým, než mali prísť. Tak som si musel ísť kúpiť niečo do Žabky. Nebolo to nič strašne, ale ak by som to vedel večer pred tým, kúpili by sme veci deň vopred. Tiež by nebolo od veci vymeniť matrace na manželskej posteli a možno aj celú Postel. Značne vrzgala pri každom pohybe na nej.

the service of host was very poor and this lady dindint answere our calls,whatsapp and email too knowing that the apartment was without internet we called her several times bus she didint answer and we faced big problem with her cost me around 3000 euro since i miss my flight due to her irrsponsablty and treat the client with unprofissinal way i forgot my shoulder bag in the room inside this bag my passport and my family paspports too i bagging her to send it to me to krakow and i am ready to pay the taxi whatever the cost but she refuesed and she didind ansewer our calls and whatsapp too she obliged us to come from krakow to zakopane in order to bring my bag and i told her we are going to miss our flight but she didint care in additional our meeting ther was at 10 oclock the worker cames at 11 am instead of 10 so it cost me miss my flight and by anather 4 ticktes 560 usd per each.
