Casa amplia, bien equipada y limpia.

Hacen falta algunos arreglos menores en los cierres de ventanas y alguna lámpara no funciona. Uno de los baños necesita reforma y el otro que está reformado, tiene goteras.

The house was fully furnished and included a hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes and utensils.

We wanted to report an issue with the cleanliness of the accommodation we booked in Terceira (Azores). Upon arrival, we found a false eyelash stuck in one of the showers, which is not ours, indicating that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. In the other shower, there was a dead cockroach that was already there when we arrived, and another one in the living room. Additionally, there were leaks in one of the bathrooms, and the water spread across the entire floor. We understand that insects can sometimes appear and are not necessarily the owner’s responsibility, but the fact that it was there before we checked in shows that the cleaning was not properly done. We believe hygiene, especially in the bathrooms, is very important and hope this can be taken into account. We are attaching photos as evidence. We are still staying in the house and have already been here for almost three days. We don’t think this is a reason to leave, but it is quite disappointing to find such a lack of cleanliness in a paid accommodation, especially in areas that should be hygienic. We believe it would be fair to receive some kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
