The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. On the site itself it had an orchard, lake and woodland that the kids enjoyed. Added bonus was the hot tub.
Thankfully there were staff on the grounds to help resolve issues quickly - such as internet access.

The location was good very close to lots of interesting places.
We ran out of gas so no hot water or heating for a few hours.
Also poor communication with Sykes.
