El apartamento es nuevo con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación, aunque no en el centro, está prácticamente a cinco minutos del mismo y de alguna de las playas. Aunque no tiene aparcamiento propio, siempre hay sitio en la calle, cerca del portal.
Como punto a revisar, el desagüe de los lavabos de los baños tiene algún problema, son muy lentos vaciando. Hay que regular el agua minimamente para que no se llenen, pero sabiéndolo, se coge el punto.
