Great location, close to centre.
Renovation work. Scaffolding around the facade. No outdoor seating. Construction work began at 9 am.

La ubicacion es excelente
La puerta principal que da a la calle, esta siempre abierta , no tiene cerradura, en las noches esta muy oscuro sin luces y entran jovenes a tomar y fumar despues de las fiez de la noche, te sientes inseguro., y se encuentra el edificio en remodelacion.

Owner was very kind. Location is great
the apartment is very dark because there is only a window at the entrance but it also looks out onto an inner courtyard. So It was very depressing for us. And there's construction going on in the courtyard. Since the outer gate cannot be locked, people come into the courtyard to urinate, which is why there is a smell of urine… 😕
