Without a doubt, Koen’s apartment is the best accommodation our family has ever booked. From the moment we arrived, Koen made us feel incredibly welcome. He was there before we arrived and had already switched on the air conditioning so that the apartment was cool and comfortable. He then took the time to show us around the entire apartment and explain everything. It is clear that he takes great pride in his property and genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. The apartment is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos—you get precisely what you see. Every detail has been carefully considered. The décor is stylish, modern, and beautifully put together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the bedrooms are tastefully furnished. The charging stations next to every bedside table were another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The bathroom was equally impressive, with plenty of soft towels and luxurious bath products that made our stay even more enjoyable. Koen came to our rescue with a last-minute booking, and the apartment exceeded every one of our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring the town, with two supermarkets conveniently located in the same street. I would recommend Koen’s apartment to anyone without hesitation. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely stay here again.

The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were wonderful! Apartment was extremely clean. The host was so kind and helped direct us to his property after we were lost. My advice is don’t try to drive in the city unless you know what you’re doing!

I missed the waste sorting (metal, paper, glass, plastic, organic). But otherwise there were no shortcomings. Everything was perfect.

Modern and unpretentious but exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment in a block with a lift. Larger than it looks, it would comfortably house 2 sets of guests (subject to bathroom-sharing appetite) or one for a long stay. High quality equipment, a beautiful bathroom with the WC separate, fluffy towels, tasteful decoration, really well-equipped kitchen, good lighting & heating, a big sofa and dining table. Thoughtful recommendations from the host for sights and visits. Really thoughtful extras - no cheesy basket of goodies, but instead plenty of washing up materials, coffee & tea, plus useful things like bikes and umbrellas for guests, and 2 USB chargers provided in each bedroom. Beds were enormous and comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space. Supermarket is 2 mins' away and the apartment is on the main pedestrian shopping street. Bedrooms, being at the back, were quiet. Good washing and ironing equipment provided (though we did not use it) and there was a secure basement garage where we stabled our bikes. Friendly and helpful owner who showed us round the apartment and (importantly) the common areas and parking access. Situated right by the town hall square and cathedral so really convenient. Intelligently and generously provided in every way - all round excellent.
