Breakfast was very poor… we had to go out every morning for it. A little more TLC for breakfast… first time I say this regarding a B&B in Sicily… the rooms are stale, not welcoming for the area.

We were looking for a room to fit us all (2 adult+2 children) and this place is well located and has that. It also includes a simple breakfast with some options that is convenient. Flavio and Chiara are extremely nice and were very available the whole time. They even adapted to our schedules and gave my girls an Easter treat. The place is clean, quiet, there is parking close by, it is a calm and safe area and very close to the city centre. If you are looking for a place to go in Noto with a good value for money, go there! There is even air conditioning which helps in cold and/hot nights. I recommend this place because they made me and my family feel very welcomed!

There is no microwave nor toaster, which limits your breakfast options and the breakfast is very simple, although not a problem for us; and also there are stairs when you enter the property which might be hard for people with reduced mobility, even though it was not for us.

For a B&B, the breakfast was definitely a no-show: coffee bags were rationed, bread and rolls cellofane-packed pre-fabs, which we didn't touch, there was no milk, butter, cheese or charcouterie, just tiny plastic pods of jam.
