Hotel is in Very good location. Facilities are great. House keeping staff and front staff are excellent. Very helpful. Love the onsen very relaxing after all day of walking. Highly recommended.
The bed is not comfortable. The mattress is too soft.

Location was perfect just outside of subway.
Connecting room was convenient as we booked as family.AC access control by the bedside.

Location of the hotel is very good. Plus good restaurants and convenience stores, and Subway station nearby.
Rooms are borderline mini size. Still good enough.
However, the fact that you have to pay per hour of gym as guest escapes my understanding.
Reception luggage management is less than inefficient. Caused massive (avoidable) lines if they had 1 line for drop-off and another one for pick-up.
