Apartamento amplo, acomodou super bem 4 pessoas, bem ventilado, cama boa, varanda grande. Condomínio ótimo, com piscina e academia.
Box do banheiro muito apertado. Cadeiras com assentos quebrados precisam ser trocadas, faltou um varal de chão pra secar roupas, limpeza precisa melhorar.

Excelente localização, prédio novo com estrutura completa e bem organizado. O apartamento esta conforme é mostrado nas fotos, sem luxos, compacto, mas muito pratico e funcionou muito bem para nos (3 adultos e 1 criança). O preço esta condicente com a acomodação.
O fogão confuso de usar.

Localização Instalações
Gostei de tudo. Com exceção do ar condicionado que parou de funcionar na última noite na cidade. Tirando esse fato, foi tudo perfeito. Ps. : A limpeza pode melhorar.

Banheiro com tamanho excelente, porém o Box do chuveiro, extremamente apertado, e eu sou pequeno!!! Tão apertado que ao tomar banho, batia os braços o tempo todo no vidro, nas paredes e no suporte de apoio.
