We loved how friendly Pran was when we arrived. The villa was immaculate, and the pool was much bigger than it looks in the pictures, which was a great surprise.
The top of the street was quite dirty, with a lot of rubbish bags that caused an unpleasant smell on the balcony of one of the bedrooms. This was completely outside of the villa owners’ control, but worth noting.

New, clean, you have everything you need
Be aware! You have to pay the electric bill at the end of the stay. They will charge you double than the real price, cash only. For 5 nights we were charged with 5400 B which means 150 Euro. Reality?!?! For 5 nights?!?! This is what I pay for one month for a house 5 times larger… In my opinion this is a scam … no receipt, no invoice, money in the pocket, cash only, local currency only.
In fact I realized that in this part of the world they are not using cards, pos, only cash…. this is an evazionist heaven.
Also, be aware that the pool noise is going to ruin your nights. Ask them to shut it down during the night.
Owner’s representative had a rude atitudine when I challenged the electric bill, also a common stereotype for asian women.
