StayVista at Tarika's Villa

This villa was so lovely and perfectly maintained! The staff who met us were delightful, caring and helpful and available any time to help us. We were a group of 3 friends staying down for a tournament and we were so impressed. Bed so comfy, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, whole villa actually spotless and cute interiors.

Grounds are a little run down of the actual villa complex, but if you are inside the villa it actually doesn't matter- we didn't want to leave the villa so for us it was fine!

Villa interiors is maintained well.

Apart from the villa itself, the surrounding facilities were poorly maintained and appear to have been neglected for years. From the moment we entered the gate, the entire group felt disappointed—especially the kids—as the property did not match how it was presented on the website. The pool was not maintained and had visible fungus on the tiles, making it unusable. While the villa provided to us was clean and well-kept, all three bedrooms had issues with large cockroaches and spiders. Overall, the experience was average, but it felt overpriced considering the condition of the surrounding areas.
